All of our yarn is small-batch, hand-dyed, and made in a pet-friendly home—so every skein is one of a kind! For best results, buy enough for your project and switch skeins often to keep colors even. There may be slight variations between skeins.
Care Tips
While yarns have been fully processed, hand rinsed, and machine washed, differences in water pH can affect dye release. For blocking colourwork projects (especially with undyed or red/pink yarn), a short cold-water soak is recommended. If bleeding occurs, gently submerge your piece in a cold water and vinegar solution until the bleeding stops.
Friendly Note: Wool loves to soak up moisture! To keep your yarn in perfect condition during shipping, we tuck in a little silica packet. Remember to remove it before you start your cozy creations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your yarn! To be eligible for a return, items should be in the same condition as you received them—unworn and unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and you have 14 days from receiving your order to start a return by emailing hello@tullysyarn.com.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or something is defective, reach out right away so I can get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
Note: Baby items and sale items cannot be returned.
For exchanges, the same rules apply. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, I recommend purchasing the replacement item first and then processing the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will go automatically to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take a little time to process the refund.
Shipping Security
For your protection, orders with a different shipping and billing address will be held for 10 days before shipping. This includes gifts, second homes, and similar cases.
